How do I pay for my Marcelinus?
There are two ways of paying for your Marcelinus: credit card or bank transfer. Payment by credit card is carried out completely securely as your credit card data are transferred directly to the secure server of the BANC DE SABADELL. In this way, nobody has access to your data.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will provide you with the number of our bank account so that you can make the appropriate transfer. It is essential that you include your name and the order number in all transactions of this nature to avoid confusion. Your product will be reserved and when we receive payment we will send it to you.
Returns
We will only accept the return of a product during the 15 days immediately after its reception. In case of return, a product must have its original label and packing. All returns must be agreed with the company MARCELINUS S.C. beforehand.
If the motive for the return is a defective article, please get in touch via info@marcelinus.catand we will make the exchange. In this case, all costs of return and subsequent re-delivery will be paid by Marcelinus S.C.
If the motive for the return is to exchange the original article for one of a different colour or size, the costs of the return will be paid by the client and those of the re-delivery by Marcelinus S.C.
